Usman brings a career built almost entirely in the City of London (UK), where he has spent the vast majority of his professional life focused on alternative investments and private capital markets.
He has led and managed teams working directly with high-net-worth and sophisticated investors, developing a strong track record in capital raising across a range of high-growth sectors. These include energy storage, infrastructure, technology, and battery technology.
Usman has been involved in U.S. oil and gas transactions since 2018, giving him a grounded understanding of the direct energy investment landscape that informs his work with investors at Sovereign Energy Partners.

Zachary brings a distinguished career in financial services spanning retail banking, insurance, independent financial advice, and holistic financial planning. Previously based in Dubai, Zachary has built deep expertise in the Gulf region’s investment landscape, developing an intimate understanding of the energy-rich markets that define the Middle East’s economic ecosystem. At Skybound Wealth Management, he recruited and led an international business development team, overseeing sales strategy and scaling operations across financial services and real estate. He has since focused on connecting high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth investors with prime, pre-IPO, and private equity opportunities — bringing both regional insight and institutional-grade rigour to every client relationship.

Consulting Geologist

Donald P. Muth, Sr. is an AAPG Certified Petroleum Geologist (No. 5712) with more than 35 years of upstream energy experience. A seasoned exploration and development geologist, Don has worked across multiple U.S. basins – including the Williston, Gulf Coast, East Texas, Powder River, and West Texas – and has held positions with Texaco, Denbury Resources, and Oakmont Minerals.
His expertise spans new play and prospect generation, mineral property evaluation, reserve estimation, and the promotion of participation interests. A member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and the Dallas Geological Society, Don holds an M.B.A. from the University of New Orleans and a B.S. in Geology from Auburn University.

Strategic Advisor

Casey Minshew is an accomplished entrepreneur with over twenty years of experience spanning energy, real estate, start-ups, and structured finance. A fourth-generation oil and gas professional, Casey is perhaps best known as the co-founder of EnergyFunders, an online crowdfunding platform for oil and gas investments, which he sold to a public company in 2019.
He subsequently served as President of Energy at Resolute Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on energy, commercial real estate, and technology, where he led the firm’s oil and gas investment strategy. Casey holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Texas State University.

Group CEO

A long-standing 35+ year career history in the financial services sector encompassing futures & options trading, fixed-income derivatives, equities, private funds, alternative assets and direct private equity with firms such as Dean Witter Morgan Stanley, Tullett Prebon, Geni Capital, Meyler Capital and Tradetech Alpha Limited (Finalto Financial Services). Other industry experience includes the technology, media & telecoms (TMT) sector with industry2industry, Inc, Portum AG and CMG Plc, as well as in the energy sector.

As a seasoned professional, highlights include senior leadership roles at several UK-based investment firms, where he oversaw four company sales & divestments, and two acquisitions.
